  1. Why the hell would Liam say no to Ji-Woon Kim? What’s he thinking?

    • Cinema says:

I can’t imagine. Maybe he heard the interviews from the leads in “The Good, The Bad, The Weird” and decided he didn’t want to suffer so much. Wasn’t this supposed to be filmed at least partially in the desert in the US and Mexico?

  2. ningen31 says:

Maybe he’s wary of being typecast after Unknown and Taken?

  3. Arnie in a Ji-Woon Kim flick? Sold me.

  4. JJ Hatfield says:

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I’m sorry for screaming but someone tell me this is some sick joke!

Arnold Did Kim suffer a recent head injury? Camera hit him or something?

I still remember when Will Smith was going to be in an “Oldboy” remake and I said it would never happen and praise the powers that be it was mercifully dropped.
I hope this movie is never made either. I don’t think Arnold can deliver the kind of performances Kim is used to working with in Korea. Considering Arnold’s previous film biography he has been holding guns a lot. I can’t imagine taking his character seriously. Get Song Kang -Ho in there if you want a “foreigner”. He can do anything.

I’m looking forward to the post telling me this is all silly nonsense. = >

  5. HKFanatic says:

I really want Ji-Woon Kim to work with Won Bin (main guy from “The Man From Nowhere”). That seems like a match made in bad-ass heaven. In the meantime I’m going to be imagining Ah-nold in “I Saw the Devil,” just machine-gunning all those crazy cannibals…ha ha.

I wish Liam Neeson would have skipped on “Unknown” (haven’t seen it yet but heard it wasn’t that great) and done this instead.

  6. ningen31 says:

It’s not technically a “comeback” movie, since Arnie never really left. He just was busy as Governor.

  7. Ningen31 says:

I never thought I’d see the day when there was a photo of someone taller than Schwarzenegger.

  8. opiumkungfucracker says:

I am fucking sold folks…. I am thirsty as fuck for action movies and 2013 is headed for the right direction… Do Action stars exist in America besides The Rock and Vin Diesel??? I’m talking mainly new skool kats, you see back in my day 80s and 90s, I could name 10 Action Stars easily.. Nowadays???
