"13 Assassins" Japanese Theatrical Poster
Takashi Miike’s acclaimed jidai-geki film 13 Assassins is getting a limited release in the U.S., courtesy of Magnet Releasing, a subsidiary of Magnolia Pictures. This is actually not the first period action movie from Miike, as Sukiyaki Western Django, a re-do on the original spaghetti Western classic Django, was recently released in a truncated version with the deleted scenes on DVD/BD.
