The source seems to confirm that Fast Six will be set in Europe, with filming taking place in both the UK and Germany. | Twitch has news that Jason Statham has declined to star in Fast and Furious 6.

And here’s a new TV spot for the film.

AICN reports that Universal is in negotiations with none other than James Wan, director of the first Saw film and the upcoming supernatural thriller The Conjuring, to helm Fast and Furious 7. 1. NegativeCreep says:

    Fast Five was good so bring on 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10.

    • Tien Kwon says:

Yeah, and they better make part 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 too. Since you people are willing to pay and go see it, they’re making easy money.

  2. ActionJackson says:

Stathman most likely dropped out so he can be in Expendables 3 which should start filming by year’s end.

  3. Flex Bronson says:

Good, he is better than this series…

  4. Loved F&F5. Dumb action done the way it was in the 80s. And rumor has it Statham is going to be the villain in 7 and will make a cameo appearance at the end of this one.

Here’s to hoping they take The Rock’s character and spin him off as a small role in The Expendables 3 before he gets his own series.

Maybe Lone Wolf and Cub is next.
