Dark Horizons notes that the xXx director will helm the film which chronicles the real-life story of journalist Marguerite Higgins’ coverage of the 50s war. Entitled 1950, the film is tentatively scheduled for a Spring 2013 release. Rachel Long and Brian Pittman are involved with the script.
