Supreme Court strikes down anti-violent game law

The Justices overturned California legislation which would have banned the sale or rental of video games with violent content to minors. Their argument was that the media was protected by the First Amendment. The actor who starred in a bunch of violent movies himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was a firm advocate of the bill. Of course, he was also a firm advocate of the Iraq War, too. Meanwhile, there’s been no conclusive evidence proving corporations which ripped off share-holders and tax-payers in 2008 were inspired by GTA.
