The wrestling company has acquired the rights to the post-apocalyptic film screened at Toronto. Resident Evil: Extinction assistant director Douglas Aarniokoski helmed The Day, and X-Men: The Last Stand’s Shawn Ashmore, State of Play’s Ashley Bell, Battle: Los Angeles’s Cory Hardrict, Wolverine’s Dominic Monaghan, and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang’s Shannyn Sossamon co-star.
