Plot: Jackie plays a happy-go-lucky member of the Yin/Yang clan, who for years have been pursued by the vicious gang known only as "Heaven and Earth". Combining almost supernatural powers with their martial arts skills, Heaven and Earth has thus far proven to be unstoppable. Relentless in their pursuit of Yin/Yang, they ruthlessly attack Jackie's father, and Jackie realizes it's time to stop playing, and start fighting. In the unbelievable final scene, he sends Heaven and Earth straight to hell.

Reviews

ALVIN GEORGE'S REVIEW: I can't say that I watched this movie all the way through in the proper manner. However, I can say that I can't recommend it. I wonder what might have been had Lo Wei directed even just a single episode of "Hawaii Five-O" or "The Streets of San Francisco."

ALVIN GEORGE'S RATING: 0.75/10 (I guess)

TYLER'S REVIEW: Well, well another cut and paste job by our main man Lo Wei. Another film Jackie quit, and Lo wei decided he would finish it without him (hey that could be a plotline for another Lo Wei film). Well the film starts out fine with those Heaven and Earth guys, but Lo Wei must have bin trip'in when he decided to make these guys supernatural (you can tell believe me). Anyway, there is Jackie stealing food from the villagers and stuff until his dad\grandpa\teacher\child abuser gets killed by those Heaven & Earth guys, who are wiping out clans. Somehow JC gets tied in with his Uncle, trying to get this guy to practice kung fu. Then Jackie's Uncle gets killed by Heaven&Earth guys as well,so his Uncle's son teams up with Jackie to take down Haven &Earth. Now during the end with Jackie and his cousin (I guess that guy is his cousin) fighting Heaven & Earth, you can tell that Lo Wei had used scenes from Fearless Hyena to patch up the last scene, he even cut out most of the dialogue from the scenes and added new ones. You can also see, that the way JC killed the guy is identical to the way he did it during the first Fearless Hyena. Now this film could probably be re-done for the 90's and I heard a rumor Jackie may re-do Fearless Hyena 2. If he does, I hope he leaves those guys dressed in that golden polyester out.

TYLER'S RATING: 4/10

NUMSKULL'S REVIEW: Here we have one of several finalists in the Worst Jackie Chan Movie Of All Time competition. Reasons being: there's more recycled footage here than in the entire first season of Ren & Stimpy, and very little of the new stuff has the real Jackie Chan in it. Lo Wei must have pissed off a lot of people with this one. There's an actual story, but it's so screwed up by the butcher knife editing process that you could easily miss it. The two villains named Heaven and Earth are the most interesting part of it, because it's never made clear which is which. Let's see...The one with black hair wears a white cape, and the one with white hair wears a red cape. The cape colors would suggest to me that the latter is Earth. However, the guy in the white cape tends to stay on the ground during combat, while the other one likes to jump around a lot. That leads me to believe that the guy in red is Heaven instead. And the really interesting thing about the red-cloaked guy is the way his hairstyle keeps changing in the final scene, where the film alternates between new footage with Jackie's double and the footage from the first Fearless Hyena with the real Jackie. Another good question is: how the hell does a sword become dull by turning a dial?!? And, was the petty thief's homoerotic line intentionally put in by the people doing the English dubbing to amuse themselves (after watching "Jackie" kung fu somebody he asks him: "Could you show me a few strokes?")? The only thing worthwhile about this movie is the last fight scene, where the inventor guy's parts are actually better than Jackie's and "Jackie's". If you get the Fearless Hyena 2-pack you might as well watch this once, but it's definitely not what I'd call a great movie (or a good movie, or a decent movie, or a somewhat substandard movie...).

NUMSKULL'S RATING: 3/10

CLINT'S REVIEW: Got it free with my "Fearless Hyena" two pack. I own it, so now I must review it. This film should've never been made. Once JC left Lo Wei, he should've stopped production. Instead, they use old footage, an obvious double, and cut scenes from "Hyena Part 1". There were actually a couple scenes that Jackie actually filmed that were meant for this film. The scene where him and a buddy gamble on whether they can do what the other person does. So JC does this great trick with his shirt, then wins the money and gets into a great fight using he shoes. I love that scene. Only reason I don't give it 1/10 is because of that scene. There's not much else to talk about. So I'm done.

CLINT'S RATING: 2/10

ANDREW'S REVIEW: Well it started off kind of slow, then it dragged a bit in the middle, and the less said about the ending the better... But seriously, this film was lacking something, let's call it "fun". Now we all like to have our "fun" but this film wasn't very much "fun", there was one funny scene in a restaurant (which was one of the only scenes with the REAL Jackie Chan in it) but other than that there wasn't a whole lot to enjoy here. The ending was sort of "fun" but by that time most of the characters we cared about had expired in not-so-funny ways. I hope they re-make this film, and when they do they could westernize it and get Jackie Chan to play the lead. That would make it better.

ANDREW'S RATING: 3/10

THE GREAT HENDU'S REVIEW: Jackie never finished this film. All of the final fight scenes were either patched in from FH1 or done by some lame-excuse-for-a-Jackie-look-a-like. The plot was very difficult to follow to the point of brain cramps and made little sense anyway. There wasn't much fighting and the filler was boring enough to put my old college world history teacher to sleep. Do I have anything good to say? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..............okay, the film wasn't as scratchy as some of the others. If you've seen FH1 but not FH2, keep it that way!

THE GREAT HENDU'S RATING: 1/10

YUMMYSPAM'S REVIEW: Take everything bad about Fearless Hyena, Multiply it by 10, subtract points for the use of a bad, bad lookalike for scenes where jackie should've been before he left this worthless picture, and you have something that is nowhere near as bad as this film. Compiled using outakes, this film insults every actor and actress who tried to make a movie screen something you look forward to. The only reason I gave it 1/2 a star is the cool ending fight. This movie might work well on MST3000 (though the plot has neither mystery nor science). Maybe a viewing for laughs is justified, but probably not.

YUMMYSPAM'S RATING: .5/4

DUSTY'S REVIEW: This movie sucks! It takes old stock footage of Jackie and spliced it all together, together with new scenes with a new actor and tried to make a film. I don't even know if this can be called a film, since half of it was previously filmed. It's more of a crappy editing job. An example: Heaven and Earth kill some people, then you see Jackie collecting frogs down his shorts, then he is in town again. It makes no sense.
