What an odd set of movies to pair up, though I suppose they’re both more ‘serious’ Jackie Chan movies. I’d love to finally be able to see the Hong Kong version of The Protector.
Well, if it’s Shout Factory, it should have the original films. But then they’re also selling it as a twofer, so that might be a cheapo dub-only set.
I got the UK version of the protector and New fist of fury.
Had to buy an all DVD region player but is worth it.
You should retitle the thread to “The Real Protector” as opposed to that shitty title Harvey came up for Tom Yum Goong. =p
